Moneys collected for the board under the provisions of this chapter must be kept by the
treasurer and disbursed only on warrants signed by the president and the secretary of the
board. At the end of the treasurer's term, the treasurer shall account to the successor to the
office for any moneys remaining in the treasurer's hands.
