Text
The board shall keep a record of its proceedings relating to the issuance, refusal, renewal,
suspension, and revocation of certificates of registration. This record also must contain the
name, place of business, and place of residence of each registered barber and each registered
apprentice, and the date and number of the person's certificate of registration. This record must
be open to public inspection at all reasonable times.
