Text
No member of said board, nor any officer, agent, or employee thereof, shall divulge to any
person, firm, corporation, or limited liability company the contents of any document, paper, or
record, examined by the person in the performance of the person's duties hereunder, or any
information obtained by the person in the course of the person's investigation, except as may be
required to carry out the purpose of this chapter.
