Text
The members of the board shall elect from those members appointed by the governor under
section 43-04-04 a president, vice president, and secretary-treasurer. The secretary-treasurer of
the board must be bonded for the faithful discharge of duties in the penal sum of five thousand
dollars. The secretary-treasurer and the president of the board may administer oaths.
