Text
Each member of the board shall qualify by taking the oath required for civil officers. A
vacancy on the board must be filled by appointment by the governor for the unexpired term.
Such appointment must be made from the list of five names submitted to the governor by the
state barber association from which the original appointment was made. A member of the board
may be removed by the governor for cause.
