Text
1.Any person violating this chapter is guilty of a class A misdemeanor.
2.Any person violating this chapter is subject to a civil penalty in an amount not to
exceed five thousand dollars for each violation. The civil penalty may be adjudicated
by a court or by the agriculture commissioner through an administrative hearing.
