Text
The agriculture commissioner may issue an order to cease and desist if the commissioner
has reason to believe that a person has committed or is about to commit a violation of this
chapter. If the agriculture commissioner issues a cease and desist order, the commissioner shall
hold a hearing within thirty days of the issuance and within sixty days of the issuance, revoke
the order or make it permanent.
