Text
Any applicant having a bond on file with the United States department of agriculture
pursuant to the Packers and Stockyards Act, 1921 [7 U.S.C. 181 et seq.], may meet the
requirements of section 4.1-83-05 by filing a copy of that bond with the agriculture
commissioner, provided the commissioner is named as the trustee of the bond.
