§ 4.1-73-20 — False proof of ownership - Sale of livestock - Penalty
A person willfully providing false proof of ownership in conjunction with the sale of livestock
is guilty of a class B misdemeanor for a first offense and a class A misdemeanor for a second or
subsequent offense.
