§ 4.1-73-19 — Proof of ownership - Alteration or falsification - Penalty
A person that knowingly makes, completes, alters, or in any way falsifies any document
evidencing proof of livestock ownership, with the intent to deceive or harm another, is guilty of a
class B felony.
