§ 4.1-61-09 — Credit-sale contract indemnity fund - Reimbursement for administrative expenses

expenses. Any expense incurred by the commissioner in administrating the credit-sale contract indemnity must be reimbursed from the fund before any other claim for indemnity is paid.
