Text
Upon the commissioner's appointment, the commissioner shall marshall all trust fund
assets. The commissioner may maintain suits in the name of the state of North Dakota for the
benefit of all receiptholders against the licensee's bonds, insurers of grain, any person that may
have converted any grain, and any person that may have received preferential treatment by
being paid by the insolvent licensee after the first default.
