§ 4.1-59-24 — Joinder - Grain broker

North Dakota·Title 4.1 Agriculture·Ch. 4.1-59 Grain Buyers

A licensed grain broker may be joined as a party to an insolvency proceeding if the
commissioner determines the grain broker negotiated a grain transaction with an insolvent grain
buyer or which was discriminatory, predatory, or in bad faith.
