§ 4.1-58-46 — Possession of grain

North Dakota·Title 4.1 Agriculture·Ch. 4.1-58 Grain and Seed Warehouses

Upon the commissioner's appointment, the commissioner shall seek possession of the grain
to be included in the trust fund. Upon the commissioner's possession of any grain in the
warehouse, the commissioner shall sell the grain and apply the proceeds to the trust fund.
