§ 4.1-58-44 — Insolvency of warehouseman

North Dakota·Title 4.1 Agriculture·Ch. 4.1-58 Grain and Seed Warehouses

A licensee is insolvent when the licensee refuses, neglects, or is unable upon proper written
demand, including electronic communication, to pay for grain purchased or marketed by the
licensee or to make redelivery or payment for grain stored.
