Text
A warehouseman that fails to issue a receipt, as is provided in sections 4.1-58-16 and
4.1-58-17, or issues slips, memoranda, or any other form of receipt embracing a different
warehouse or storage contract than is provided for specifically in this chapter, is guilty of a
class A misdemeanor.
