§ 4.1-57-15 — Expenses of seed commissioner - Deduction from trust fund

North Dakota·Title 4.1 Agriculture·Ch. 4.1-57 Potato Dealers

Any expenses incurred by the seed commissioner in carrying out the duties set forth in
sections 4.1-57-13 and 4.1-57-14 may be deducted from the trust fund.
