§ 4.1-57-10 — Accounts and records

North Dakota·Title 4.1 Agriculture·Ch. 4.1-57 Potato Dealers

A wholesale potato dealer shall keep accurate accounts and retain records of all
transactions as a dealer for eighteen months. The dealer shall make the records available to the
seed commissioner upon request.
