Text
A person may not use the terms "breeders", "foundation", "registered", or "certified", and
may not use substantially equivalent terms, in the labeling or in the advertising, characterization,
or representation of seed that is offered for sale or sold in this state, unless authorized to do so
by the seed commissioner. The prohibition of this section applies to oral and written forms of
advertising, characterizations, and representations.
