Text
A labeler shall:
1.Retain a record of each lot of seed handled for three years after final disposition of the
lot;
2.Retain a file sample of each lot of seed handled for one year after final disposition of
the lot; and
3.Make the records and file samples required by this section available to the seed
commissioner upon request.
