Text
The commissioner shall:
1.Maintain a state noxious weed list;
2.Direct the removal of a noxious weed from a county or city noxious weed list if the
commissioner, after consultation with the respective weed board and the North Dakota
state university extension service, determines there is insufficient justification for the
continued inclusion of that particular noxious weed;
3.Except as otherwise provided, forward all complaints to the proper weed control
authority; and
4.Call an annual meeting of all weed control officers to review noxious weed control
efforts in this state.
