Text
The attorney general shall appoint an assistant attorney general or a special assistant
attorney general to provide legal assistance to the state fair association. The appointment is
revocable at the pleasure of the attorney general. This section does not prohibit the state fair
association from employing any other attorney to carry out the legal functions of the association
or provide additional legal services, other than those provided through the office of the attorney
general, necessary for the proper administration of the state fair association.
