A special fund for the North Dakota state fair association to be known as the state fair
operating fund must be maintained in the state treasury. All income, fees, rents, interest, and
any other moneys, from any source derived by the state fair association, must be deposited in
that fund for the use of the North Dakota state fair association. Moneys credited to the fund are
appropriated as a standing appropriation for the purposes provided in this chapter. The fund is
not subject to section 54-44.1-11.
