Text
The affairs of the state fair association must be managed by its board of directors, which
must consist of nine members unless otherwise provided in the association bylaws. A decrease
in the number of directors may not affect the term of any incumbent director. Each director shall
hold office for a term of three years, and until that director's successor has been elected and
qualified. The terms of the directors must be staggered so three directors are elected annually.
The directors must be members of the state fair association and residents of the state.
