§ 4.1-40-17 — Violations - Civil penalty
Any person that violates this chapter or an implemented rule is subject to a civil penalty in
an amount up to two thousand five hundred dollars per violation. The civil penalty may be
imposed by a court or by the agriculture commissioner in an administrative hearing.
