Text
1.The commissioner, upon compelling evidence that a registrant, licensee, or distributor
used fraudulent or deceptive practices in the evasion or attempted evasion of this
chapter or any implemented rule, may:
a.Cancel the registration of any brand of fertilizer, fertilizer material, micronutrient,
specialty fertilizer, soil amendment, or plant amendment;
b.Cancel the license of any distributor;
c.Refuse to register any brand of fertilizer, fertilizer material, micronutrient, specialty
fertilizer, soil amendment, or plant amendment; or
d.Refuse to license any distributor.
2.The commissioner shall provide an opportunity for a hearing prior to refusing a
registration or revoking a license.
