Text
The commissioner may require proof of claims made for any product covered by this
chapter and may require proof of value when used as directed or recommended. The
commissioner must rely on data from scientifically designed and reported studies conducted
under conditions similar to those in this state under which the product is intended to be used.
The commissioner may accept or reject other sources of proof as supplemental evidence.
