Text
The agriculture commissioner, in cooperation with the environmental protection agency,
shall use tolerance data established or obtained in North America in pursuing special local
needs exemptions for crop protection products under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and
Rodenticide Act [7 U.S.C. 136 et seq.].
