North Dakota·Title 4.1 Agriculture·Ch. 4.1-37 Anhydrous Ammonia Facilities

All fees collected under this chapter must be used by the agriculture commissioner to
promote safety in anhydrous ammonia use and storage, administer the program, and inspect
facilities.
