§ 4.1-34-13 — Cooperation

North Dakota·Title 4.1 Agriculture·Ch. 4.1-34 Pesticide Registration

The commissioner may cooperate and enter agreements with any other agency of this state
or of the federal government or any other state or agency thereof for the purpose of carrying out
this chapter and securing uniformity of regulations.
