Text
The commissioner may issue and enforce a stop-sale order to the owner or custodian of
any pesticide when the commissioner finds that the product is being offered for sale in violation
of this chapter. The order must direct the product be held at a designated place until released in
writing by the commissioner. The owner or custodian of the product has the right to petition a
court of competent jurisdiction in the county where the product is found for an order releasing
the product for sale in accordance with the findings of the court.
