§ 4.1-27-23 — Public livestock markets or commission firms - Duplicate scale tickets

North Dakota·Title 4.1 Agriculture·Ch. 4.1-27 Livestock Auction Markets

All public livestock markets or commission firms doing business in this state shall deliver to
each person consigning livestock to the market or purchasing livestock from the market a
duplicate scale ticket showing the weight of such livestock.
