Text
1.Any auction market or person who willfully violates any provision of this chapter is
guilty of a class A misdemeanor.
2.Any auction market or person who willfully violates any provision of this chapter is
subject to a civil penalty not to exceed five thousand dollars for each violation. The civil
penalty may be adjudicated by the courts or by the commissioner through an
administrative hearing under chapter 28-32.
