1.Any livestock auction market who has a complaint against the veterinarian assigned to
the livestock auction market, or any veterinarian that has a complaint against the
auction market to which the veterinarian is assigned, may submit a written complaint to
the grievance committee. The grievance committee consists of:
a.The president of the North Dakota stockmen's association or the president's
designee;
b.The president of the livestock auction market association or the president's
designee; and
c.The president of the North Dakota veterinary medical association or the
president's designee.
2.The members of the committee shall choose one member to serve as chairman. The
committee shall meet at the call of the chairman. The committee shall take all
