§ 4.1-27-09 — Injunctive authority

North Dakota·Title 4.1 Agriculture·Ch. 4.1-27 Livestock Auction Markets

The commissioner may seek an order from the district court of Burleigh County to enjoin a
prohibited act when the commissioner believes any auction market or person is violating this
chapter or is pursuing a course of action which may lead to a violation of this chapter.
