Text
1.The board may suspend or revoke a license granted to any person under this chapter
if the person violates:
a.This chapter;
b.A milk stabilization plan issued in accordance with this chapter; or
c.Any rule that implements this chapter.
2.The provisions of this subsection do not apply to a dairy farmer.
