Text
1.A representative of the milk marketing board may enter upon real property and access
any structure and personal property, at any time, for the purpose of:
a.Inspecting or pursuing an investigation pertaining to the production, storage,
processing, manufacturing, or sale of raw milk, milk products, or frozen dairy
products; or
b.Inspecting records to determine statutory and regulatory compliance.
2.The milk marketing board may subpoena records, copy records, and audit records of
any person doing business with an individual licensed under this chapter.
