Whenever a milk stabilization plan is changed with respect to the minimum price that
processors located within a particular milk marketing area must pay to dairy farmers for raw
milk, the milk marketing board shall ensure that simultaneous changes occur in all other
minimum and maximum prices established in accordance with this chapter.
