Text
The board may:
1.Do all things necessary and proper to enforce and administer this chapter;
2.Employ and compensate necessary personnel;
3.Employ an attorney licensed in this state;
4.Serve as a mediator or an arbitrator in any dispute among or between dairy farmers,
processors, distributors, retailers, or consumers, provided:
a.All parties to the dispute request the board to provide such services; and
b.The dispute pertains to the production, transportation, processing, storage,
distribution, or sale of milk products or frozen dairy products; and
5.Contract with any person for any purpose related to this chapter.
