Text
1.The milk marketing board consists of:
a.A dairy farmer appointed by the governor from a list of two names submitted by
the milk producers association of North Dakota;
b.A processor appointed by the governor from a list of two names submitted by the
North Dakota dairy industries association;
c.A retailer appointed by the governor from a list of two names submitted by the
North Dakota grocers association; and
d.Two consumer representatives appointed by the governor, provided that neither
consumer representative may have a financial interest in a dairy farm nor in an
entity that processes, distributes, or sells milk products.
2.An individual is not qualified to serve on the board if the individual held any other
public office, in an elected or an appointed capacity, during the two-yea
