Text
A person may not own or operate any tank truck, bulk milk truck, or other vehicle used or
designed to carry bulk raw milk without a license issued by the department. The commissioner
shall adopt rules governing the operation, inspection, design, and licensure of such persons.
The license of any person operating a vehicle in violation of this section or the rules of the
commissioner is subject to revocation or suspension in accordance with procedure established
by law. A license to haul milk issued under this section may be issued in conjunction with or as
part of any license to sample or test milk or milk products issued pursuant to section 4.1-25-22.
