§ 4.1-25-34 — Quality records to be kept - Term

North Dakota·Title 4.1 Agriculture·Ch. 4.1-25 Dairy Product Regulation

Adequate records for testing and grading in conformance with this chapter and the rules of
the commissioner must be kept by each business sampling or testing milk for at least twelve
months in a manner approved by the commissioner.
