Text
Upon notification, the commissioner shall have free access to all places of business,
buildings, vehicles, and equipment used in the production, storage, handling, processing,
manufacturing, transporting, and marketing of milk and milk products, and their substitutes. The
commissioner may open and inspect any container suspected of containing a substance
produced, stored, handled, processed, manufactured, transported, sold, or offered for sale
under the provisions of this chapter. It is a violation of this chapter to refuse to allow inspections
of any dairy facilities licensed under this chapter. The commissioner may suspend a license for
failure to comply with this section.
