Text
An applicant or licensee shall file bonds or other security for the license year with the
department by the first day of June immediately preceding the beginning of each license year. If
an applicant or licensee fails to file a surety bond or other security by July first of the license
year and has not been relieved from filing a surety bond or other security, the department shall
notify producers that the applicant or licensee has not filed any security or made other
provisions for assuring payments for milk purchases for the license year.
