Text
Agencies of this state having jurisdiction over any state-owned lands, and agencies of any
county or other political subdivision of this state having jurisdiction over any county-owned or
other publicly owned lands lying within the boundaries of any district shall cooperate to the
fullest extent with the supervisors of the district in the effectuation of programs and operations
undertaken by the supervisors under this chapter. The supervisors have free access to enter
and perform work upon such publicly owned lands. The provisions of land use regulations
adopted under this chapter have the force and effect of law over all such publicly owned lands
and must be in all respects observed by the agencies administering such lands.
