§ 4.1-20-36 — Taking of testimony at hearing
At the request of the board of supervisors, the testimony at a hearing conducted under
section 4.1-20-35 must be taken by a court reporter, by a stenographer, or by use of an
electronic recording device. The board of supervisors is responsible for the cost of taking
testimony.
