Text
Any qualified elector living within a district at any time may file a petition with the
supervisors asking that any or all of the land use regulations in any ordinance adopted by the
supervisors under this chapter be amended, supplemented, or repealed. Land use regulations
in that ordinance may not be amended, supplemented, or repealed except in accordance with
the procedure prescribed in this chapter for the adoption of land use regulations. Elections on
adoption, amendment, supplementation, or repeal of land use regulations may not be held more
than once in any six-month period.
