Text
Upon request of the supervisors of a soil conservation district, a board of county
commissioners may assign an employee or employees of the county to assist the supervisors in
the performance of the supervisors' duties authorized by this chapter. The board of county
commissioners of each county within a soil conservation district may provide assistance for the
supervisors. The duties of the employee or employees are under the direct supervision of the
supervisors of the soil conservation district.
