§ 4.1-13-19 — Reimbursement for double payments

North Dakota·Title 4.1 Agriculture·Ch. 4.1-13 Wheat Commission

Notwithstanding section 4.1-13-18, if a producer documents to the commission that the
producer has paid the assessment more than once on the same wheat, the commission shall
reimburse the producer for the double payment.
