§ 4.1-10-15 — Continuing appropriation

North Dakota·Title 4.1 Agriculture·Ch. 4.1-10 Potato Council

The council shall forward all moneys received under this chapter to the state treasurer for
deposit in the potato fund. All moneys in the potato fund are appropriated on a continuing basis
to the council for purposes of carrying out this chapter.
